Looking for a proactive and results-driven person to join our team? You will be responsible for expanding our market presence and managing relationships with key industrial clients. Drive Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the packaging, electronics, and consumer goods sectors.
Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements to recommend the most suitable plastic materials and technical specifications.
Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnership and repeat high-volume orders.
Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and eco-friendly packaging standards (EU/International).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Hong Kong production and logistics teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. (A background in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science is a strong plus due to the technical nature of plastic materials.
At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within manufacturing/ industrial packaging/ plastics.
Familiarity with the toy, electronics, or food & beverage packaging industries is highly preferred.
Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Self-Starter: A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently to identify and "hunt" for new market opportunities.
Relationship Builder: A "client-first" attitude with the patience to manage long-term account lifecycles.
