Key Account Executive [No O.T. / 5-Day Work] Leading Industrial Firm

A prominent Hong Kong-based manufacturer specialising in high-quality plastic materials for the packaging industry.  Join a market leader with over 50 years of success into a leading regional player with a significant international footprint.

Known for manufacturing a wide variety of plastic sheets, which are used extensively in packaging for toys, food, electronics, and stationery.  

Looking for a proactive and results-driven person to join our team?  You will be responsible for expanding our market presence and managing relationships with key industrial clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a technical sales environment and wants to represent a stable, heritage-rich Hong Kong brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the packaging, electronics, and consumer goods sectors.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements to recommend the most suitable plastic materials and technical specifications.

  • Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnership and repeat high-volume orders.

  • Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and eco-friendly packaging standards (EU/International).

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Hong Kong production and logistics teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. (A background in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science is a strong plus due to the technical nature of plastic materials.

  •  At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within manufacturing/ industrial packaging/ plastics.

  • Familiarity with the toy, electronics, or food & beverage packaging industries is highly preferred.

  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
