Administration Assistant (Work-life balance & Harmony/ 5 days)

Details

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit tenders via various methods (fax, email, courier).
  • Handle invoicing, postage purchases, and courier services.
  • File and record all quotations and invoices.
  • Assist in report preparation for the Project Team.
  • Update and maintain company and client databases, including licenses and certificates.
  • Manage office supplies, cleaning arrangements, and service provider follow-up

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years of working experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English and fluent Cantonese 
  • Outdoor work occasionally
  • Responsible, a good team player, pleasant personality
