Due to rapid expansion, a High-end European interior flooring materials trading company is looking for high-calibre candidates for the following position.

Duties

• Handle client inquiries and manage account services for existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Deliver excellent service in the showroom, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to maintain effective communication, while supporting assigned projects as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales preferred.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, including Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Open to less experienced candidates or high-calibre recent graduates.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
