Are you passionate about the art of scent and the luxury lifestyle sector? Our client is a boutique, premium fragrance brand looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organised Marketing Officer to join the energetic team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in both our retail growth and our unique bespoke service sectors:
Strategic Marketing & Research: Analyse market trends and consumer data to optimize growth strategies for both our retail boutiques and bespoke fragrance sectors.
Integrated Campaign Execution: Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across social media, EDM, and offline channels to drive brand awareness.
Visual Merchandising & Branding: Collaborate with Design and Merchandising teams to ensure in-store displays and digital presence reflect our premium brand identity.
Creative Content & Digital Management: Craft compelling copy for all platforms while managing website updates and social media engagement to grow our digital footprint.
Bespoke Event Coordination: Support the operations of our unique "Perfume Bar" stations, providing luxury on-site experiences for high-profile weddings and corporate collaborations.
Degree holder or above
Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with a strong proficiency in e-Marketing tools and e-Commerce platforms. Candidates from beauty, cosmetics, or luxury fragrance backgrounds are highly preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with a talent for creative copywriting.
A proactive "can-do" mindset—responsible, independent, and capable of maintaining high standards under pressure.
Willingness to work ad-hoc weekends or public holidays for bespoke events.
