Our client is seeking an experienced Watch Components Purchaser to manage end-to-end procurement and vendor relations.  You will play a key role in sourcing high-quality watch components and stainless steel jewellery, driving cost efficiency while ensuring superior production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the English-speaking Manager

• Source, evaluate, and manage vendors for watch components (cases, dials, straps)

• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and lead times to maximise cost efficiency.

• Perform supplier audits, conduct cost comparisons, and monitor supplier delivery performance and quality standards.

• Coordinate with internal production and logistics teams to ensure timely component delivery against production schedules.

• Stay updated on raw material trends, new manufacturing techniques, and component pricing in the market.

Requirements

• Over 3 years in purchasing/procurement, ideally within the watch sector.

• Sound understanding of watch components (case, dial, straps) manufacturing.

• Strong negotiation, price analysis, vendor evaluation, and contract management abilities.

• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to effectively liaise with regional suppliers and factory partners.

• High ethical standards, detail-oriented, organised, and capable of delivering under tight production timelines.

The remuneration package is commensurate with competency & experience.
