Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy & Operations

• Develop and execute multi-platform e-commerce strategies

• Manage online store setup, product listings, pricing, and promotions

• Track performance metrics: traffic, conversion, retention

Product Launch & Market Entry

• Plan and execute product launches tailored to Chinese consumer trends

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Supplier Sourcing & Management

• Identify and onboard suppliers for health products and packaging

• Negotiate contracts and delivery terms with Chinese vendors

Logistics & Fulfillment

• Design efficient logistics workflows: warehousing, inventory, last-mile delivery

• Partner with 3PLs and cross-border logistics providers

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure products meet CFDA/NMPA standards, labelling, and import documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or related field

• 5+ years' experience in e-commerce and logistics (health products preferred)

• Proven success in launching products in mainland China

• Deep knowledge of Chinese e-commerce platforms and consumer behaviour

• Familiarity with Chinese health product regulations and import laws

• Fluent in Mandarin and English

• Strong negotiation, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills
