Duties:

• Assist in handling full sets of import/export documentation, Tradelink declarations, and OnePort submissions.
• Follow up on daily shipments and assist with booking arrangements with forwarders/carriers.
• Communicate with factories and key clients to update shipment schedules and order status.
• Support daily operational inquiries and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE or Diploma / Degree holder.
• No working experience required; fresh graduates are welcome!
• Willingness to learn shipping procedures, Tradelink, and OnePort (training will be provided).
• Fair command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Immediate availability is highly preferred.
