Shipping Clerk (Overseas Trading/ Work-life balance & harmony)

Our valued client is an overseas trading company for over 30 years.  With their newly formed subsidiary, they're looking for a high-calibre candidate to join their growing team.


•   Five-day work week
•   One-month Performance-based bonus
•   14 days annual leave + bank holidays
•   Convenient office location in TST

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full sets of import and export documents 
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment schedules, transport arrangements, and rate negotiations
  • Communicate with Sales Operations and vendors to ensure smooth order and shipment flow
  • Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare monthly shipping schedules, quotations, and sales performance reports
  • Manage data entry and filing for analysis
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

     Diploma in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
•     Minimum 5 years of solid experience in shipping operations
•     Strong knowledge of import/export documentation 
•     Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
•     Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
•     good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•     A positive, responsible team player with strong problem-solving abilities
