Administrative Clerk (日資企業/ 14 個月糧+福利齊/ Upto $18K)

Job Highlights:

Duties:

  • Report to H.R. & Admin Manager
  • Responsible for managing office supplies & stationery, courier services, inhouse HR training coordination works, travel, accommodation and visas arrangements for overseas staff and guests.
  • Maintain staff records, leave arrangements, and employment processes
  • Handle basic IT helpdesk tasks and maintain IT security documentation.
  • Oversee agreements, insurance renewals, and medical packages.
  • Assist with office and warehouse setup, relocation, and improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in Administration/ human resources/ office operational support
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese word processing
  • Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Independent, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to handle commercial emails independently
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
