Our client is seeking a mature, independent, and steady accounting professional to take ownership of our daily financial workflows and general office administration. This position is ideal for an experienced specialist seeking a stable corporate environment that respects work-life balance while offering a high degree of autonomy.
Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations to ensure smooth business continuity.
Drive accurate General Ledger (GL) journal entries, prepare monthly breakdown reports, and actively contribute to month-end closing and consolidation packages.
Maintain systematic document filing systems and provide reliable, day-to-day administrative support to keep the office running efficiently.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of solid, hands-on experience in the accounting field.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese word processing. Practical knowledge of ERP systems is essential, with SAP experience highly preferred.
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
Traits: Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without micromanagement.
Predictable, regular working hours allowing for excellent personal and family time
