About the Role

Our client is seeking a mature, independent, and steady accounting professional to take ownership of our daily financial workflows and general office administration. This position is ideal for an experienced specialist seeking a stable corporate environment that respects work-life balance while offering a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations to ensure smooth business continuity.

  • Drive accurate General Ledger (GL) journal entries, prepare monthly breakdown reports, and actively contribute to month-end closing and consolidation packages.

  • Maintain systematic document filing systems and provide reliable, day-to-day administrative support to keep the office running efficiently.   

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of solid, hands-on experience in the accounting field.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese word processing. Practical knowledge of ERP systems is essential, with SAP experience highly preferred.

  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

  • Traits: Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without micromanagement.
