An expanding Education Training Centre based in Hong Kong, offering a wide range of professional development programs and training courses to fill the following positions.
Responsibliities:
Manage a full set of accounting tasks
Handle petty cash, salary tax filing with MPR, and insurance matters.
Perform annual stocktakes in Shenzhen and Hong Kong; help design inventory workflows.
Maintain daily accounting operations independently using the MYOB accounting system.
Handle digital payment methods, eg, Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc
Support year-end audit preparation and completed various ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Advanced Diploma / LCC 3rd level of Accounts or above
At least 10 years of working experience
Over 3 years of experience in handling a full set of Accounts
Prior experience in handling multiple currencies and accounting software would be beneficial
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel & familiar with the accounting system
Good command of Chinese and English, including Putonghua
Ability to handle all SME accounting books with strong communication and interpersonal skills
