Junior / Senior Accounts cum Admin. (MNC/ Work-life balance & harmony/ 5 days)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full set of accounts, schedules, and bank reconciliations, including daily accounting & admin tasks, assist clients with preparing cheque payments, preparing monthly payroll, MPF, and tax reports (e.g. Employer's Return).

  • Process vouchers and update the accounting system

  • Support audits and compile financial reports

  • Prepare tax info for annual returns

  • Provide admin and basic company secretarial support

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Smart: Quick and informed decision-maker.

  • Efficient: Excellent time management skills.

  • Organized: Keeps tasks and schedules in order.

  • Adaptable: Flexible with shifting priorities.

  • Communicative: Strong verbal and written skills  

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of relevant accounting and administration. experience

  • Fluent in oral English; experience in an English-speaking environment is a must.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Competitive package based on experience.

  •  

    A stable working record will be a plus.

The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
