Q.A. Manager

What you'll do:

• Lead factory quality teams, setting goals and standards.
• Create and enforce global quality rules for the company.
• Advise buyers, factories, and merchandisers on technical issues.
• Track quality performance, fix problems, and improve.
• Train staff and suppliers on quality expectations.
• Find new technology to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain the company's Quality Management System.

What you need:

• Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree/ Degree in Textile & Clothing, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing.
• 10 years of QA experience in a large garment factory (knits or wovens).
• With at least 5 years of management experience in a QA team.
• Experience working at a buyer's office is helpful.
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Chinese word processing).
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (speaking and writing).
