After Sales Service Administrator (MNC/ 14 months pay+/ Work-life balance)
Details
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the dynamic team.
- Handle the shipping and receiving of exquisite repair watches locally and internationally.
- Ensure a seamless spare parts supply and efficiently dispatch them to various departments.
- Organize and monitor the status of watch repairs to ensure timely service.
- Compile insightful monthly reports for management to aid in decision-making.
- Maintain filing system and documentation practices.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and care.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the service industry, is a plus.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- A good team spirit with a strong sense of responsibility and a friendly attitude.
- Good telephone manners and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel (V-Look), and English and Chinese word processing.
