• Oversee production, coordinate activities, and maintain high efficiency.
• Regularly supervise staff, provide guidance, and assess performance.
• Manage cost, efficiency, quality, and environmental KPIs.
• Organise production planning and coordinate with departments to meet targets.
• Optimise processes and improve resource utilisation.
• Assist with quality and engineering matters.

Requirements:

• Experience with steel products is preferred
• At least 15 years of working experience in manufacturing
• With at least 5 years at a management level
• Strong leadership, able to manage a small team.
• Good people management and coaching skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems.
• Preferred: production/engineering degree
