A leading Japanese group company, rapidly expanding and seeking high-calibre candidates to join our dynamic team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Report to: HR & Admin Manager
  • Office Management: Handle office supplies, stationery, and courier services.
  • HR Coordination: Organize in-house training, travel, accommodation, and visa arrangements for overseas staff and guests.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain staff records, manage leave arrangements, and oversee employment processes.
  • IT Support: Perform basic IT helpdesk tasks and maintain IT security documentation.
  • Contract Oversight: Manage agreements, insurance renewals, and medical packages.
  • Office Setup: Assist with office and warehouse setup, relocation, and improvements.

 Requirements

  • Experience: Over 3 years in administration, human resources, or office support.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
  • Languages: Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Attributes: Independent, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Email Management: Capable of handling commercial emails independently.
  • Flexibility: Candidates with less experience but high potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Availability: Immediate availability is highly preferred.
