Administrative Officer (日資企業/ 需用英語或日語溝通)

Details

Duties:

  • Handle monthly payroll, final payments, and MPF administration
  • Process payment and expenses via corporate e-banking platforms
  • Manage employee benefits programs, medical insurance, and leave tracking
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with the Employment Ordinance
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively across all levels
  • Review and improve current procedures and implementation workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness
     

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of related experience in administration, accounting, or HR areas
  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and conversational Mandarin.
  • Japanese speaking is a strong plus
  • Proactive, independent, with good communication and interpersonal skills
