Job Highlights

  • Mon - Fri: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM with Double Pay + Bonus + Medical + Education subsidiaries
  • Engage with guests and handle incoming calls professionally.
  • Assist with travel logistics and occasional outdoor projects.

Duties:

  • Handle incoming calls and greet guests.
  • Distribute mail and arrange postage/courier deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintenance of office equipment and stationery ordering.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and visa applications.
  • Support occasional outdoor work and ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • F. 5/ F. 6 or above
  • 1-2 years of administrative/ receptionist/ clerical experience is preferred
  • Experience in the hotel / customer-oriented industry will be a plus
  • Immediate availability is preferred
