Our client is looking for an Accounts & Project Coordinator to join their team.   If you want a stable job with a great work-life balance, this is the perfect role for you!  You will mainly handle basic invoicing, payment follow-ups, and daily office admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue regular invoices for project works.
  • Send out monthly statements.  Call clients directly to follow up on late payments.
  • Arrange timely payments to suppliers and subcontractors every month.
  • Handle daily office expenses, pick up cheques, and deposit cheques.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE graduate or above.
  • Relevant accounting or administration experience is a plus.
  • Good communication skills for phone follow-ups with clients.
  • Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
