Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and independent Commercial & Operations Specialist to drive their regional trade operations. In this dynamic role, you will bridge our international networks, manage key contracts, and turn operational data into actionable insights for executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate comprehensive sales invoices and reports, translating complex operational data into strategic overviews for management.

• Own the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, pricing quotations, and end-to-end order execution.

• Serve as the primary communication hub, coordinating seamlessly with international clients, suppliers, and overseas offices.

• Represent the business on occasional business trips to support key operational and client milestones.

What We Are Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• Native Cantonese speaker with professional fluency in English and Mandarin.

• Advanced MS Excel skills (data analysis and dynamic reporting) alongside strong overall MS Office proficiency.

• Prior exposure to contract law or commercial negotiation is a strong advantage.

• Exceptional numerical accuracy, rigorous attention to detail, and an independent, eager-to-learn mindset backed by strong communication skills.

• A stable work record is highly preferable

• Immediate availability/ short notice is preferred
