Operations Executive (上市公司)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ERP entries – Create and maintain accurate job records in the ERP system.
  • Handle invoicing – Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices, including monthly forecasts.
  • Oversee inventory – Monitor stock levels, support stock take activities, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate deliveries – Liaise with the sales team and customers to arrange timely delivery schedules.
  • Maintain sales order planner – Create, update, and monitor the sales order planner to align with business needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the entrance solutions industry, with proven exposure to both trading orders and project management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive and self‑motivated attitude, with a strong sense of responsibility and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems, with hands‑on experience in order processing and project coordination.
