Job Highlights

Assist the Project Manager in handling the following duties;

  • Assist with tender preparation and submission
  • Source and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Prepare tender budgets, specifications, and quotations
  • Plan project schedules and arrange manpower/materials
  • Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
  • 1–2 years'experience in sales/marketing (retail, insurance, or account servicing will be a plus)
  • Less experience will be considered as a TRAINEE
  • Good command of written Chinese and English
  • Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
  • Proactive with numerically sensitive and good communication skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
