Due to ongoing expansion, a High-end European Interior Flooring Material Trading company is looking for 1-2 high-calibre candidates for the following position.

Duties:

• Handle customer inquiries and manage account services for existing customers.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Build close relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in the showroom.
• Collaborate with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Undertake miscellaneous projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• 1-2 years of related B2B working experience is preferred
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese
• Less experience/ Recent graduate of high calibre is also welcome
• Proficiency in computer skills, eg, MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Short notice/ Immediate availability is preferred
