Key Responsibilities:
Lead price negotiations and finalise business terms with global partners.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with an international vendor base.
Act as a key communicator between customers and vendors to ensure timely information flow.
Prepare management reports and monitor business activities via Excel/PowerPoint.
Who We Are Looking For:
3 years of relevant experience in procurement or trading. (More experienced candidates will be considered for the Supervisor level.
Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree or above
Fluency in English and Chinese; Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) is a significant advantage.
Proficient in MS Excel (V-Lookup / Pivot Table) and PowerPoint.
