Duties:

  • Liaise with clients and follow up on orders and deliveries 
  • Take care of general office work, like sending samples
  • Write emails and prepare documents on your own
  • Sometimes visit factories in Mainland China
  • Help keep daily operations smooth and organised

Requirements:

•     At least 2 years of work experience
•     Able to handle emails and clients' enquiries independently
•     Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Chinese typing, and PowerPoint
•     Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
•     Immediate availability is a plus
