Job Highlights

• Solid knowledge of logistics procedures
• Familiarity with European & South American markets will be a plus
• A stable financial background company, + No business trip is essential

Duties:

• Handle full set of shipping documents independently
• Liaise with forwarders, transportation companies and factories to ensure on-time delivery
• Plan delivery schedule and monitor shipment status
• Arrange 3rd party inspections for pre-shipments
• Supervise sub-ordinate

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of relevant shipping/logistic experience
• Proficiency in computer skills, eg MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Good spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Familiarity with European & South American markets would be beneficial
• Less experience will also be considered for a junior position
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
