Shipping/ Operation Officer (知名戶外用品品牌Trading)

Duties: 

• Report to the Manager 
• Handle full set of I/E shipping and banking documents including trade link declaration
• Liaise with key clients and forwarders 
• Coordinate all activities with internal parties and PRC factories 
• Follow up on shipment booking and monitor the delivery schedule
• Assist in maintaining enquiry database and shipment records
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in the Trading/Buying Office/Manufacturing field
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Good command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Less experience with high calibre is also welcome 
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred
