Your Role:

• Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable enterprise network architectures
• Oversee configuration, optimisation, and troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, and related devices
• Drive system upgrades, patches, and lifecycle maintenance to ensure resilience and performance
• Partner with cross‑functional teams, customers, and vendors to deliver complex integration projects
• Provide senior‑level technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to team members
• Ensure high‑quality documentation, operational handover, and post‑implementation support, including tuning and upgrade planning

What we're looking for

• Qualifications in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
• Solid experience in Information & Communication Technology with proven leadership in complex network infrastructure projects
• Deep expertise in MS infrastructure (Windows Server, Exchange, M365) and enterprise‑scale deployments
• Strong command of network protocols, cybersecurity practices, and emerging cloud technologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently while collaborating across teams and stakeholders
• Recognised certifications (CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, Azure/AWS) and hands‑on experience in cybersecurity/cloud are strong advantages
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences
• Proactive, Resilient with strong interpersonal and mentoring skills, adept at driving new technologies, and delivering professional solutions with flexibility
