Responsibilities:   

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on Apple devices, including routine maintenance and system upgrades.
• Provide frontline support to students, faculty, and staff, offering guidance on device usage and care.
• Diagnose and address hardware, software, and network-related problems efficiently.
• Document repair activities and contribute to a knowledge base of common technical solutions.
• Collaborate with senior IT personnel and support user training on newly implemented tools and technologies.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of basic troubleshooting methods.
• Open to fresh graduates with foundational knowledge of Apple products.
• Good communication, organisational, and customer service abilities.
• A sincere, responsible, and proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.
