H.R. & Admin. Assistant TRAINEE (中資企業/ Work-life balance & harmony)

Details

Duties:

  • Perform various HR tasks, hiring, managing employee relations, handling pay and benefits, tax, MPF, and preparing contracts.
  • Keep track of staff leave and attendance records.
  • Provide daily administrative support.
  • Help with office and outdoor tasks, such as collecting and delivering documents.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduates and those with part-time clerical experience are welcome.
  • Must know Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Chinese typing is required.
  • Good English, Cantonese, and Mandarin skills, both written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, eager to learn, and able to work well alone and as part of a team.
  • Handle confidential information carefully.
