Details

Duties:

  • Manage daily filing, data entry, and general office maintenance.
  • Create AI-generated graphics for leaflets 
  • Prepare cheques, invoices, and data entry of rental transactions
  • Handle incoming calls and coordinate internal departmental requests.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged).
  • Knowledge in AI image generation by Copilot, Gemini or related tools
  • Proficient in MS Office and English/Chinese word processing.
  • Humble, patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn new workflows.
  • Immediate availability/ Short notice is preferred
