Our client is a luxury wholesaler and retailer with a strong footprint across the APAC region. With ongoing expansion, they are seeking a high-calibre candidate to join their team.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform outgoing duties such as banking matters, fee/declaration payment, and document dispatching to clients.
  • Ensure meeting rooms and office areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Manage office supplies and consumables – ordering, basic equipment maintenance.
  • Perform general office administrative and clerical support to the team, including filing and data entry.
  • Daily receptionist backup, such as guest greeting and handling guests' requests.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements :   

  • Tertiary education
  • At least 5 years of experience in office administration work  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
