Responsibilities:
• Provide professional online customer service and manage document storage/delivery.• Coordinate smoothly with internal and external departments, handling tasks independently.• Manage business correspondence, emails, phone calls, filing, and other administrative duties.• Support supervisor's daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and special events.• Assist senior management with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:• College diploma or above.• 3-10 years of relevant experience.• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Strong communication and coordination skills.• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.• Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin, with good English communication skills.
