Administrative Assistant (和諧及融洽工作氣氛 / Trading)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Director and Admin. Manager
  • Assist in preparing tender documents and organising projects.
  • Manage general administrative tasks, including recruitment activities.
  • Communicate with both local and international manufacturers.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange shipments.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and maintain a filing system.
  • Support various ad hoc assignments as needed.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Translation, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of written and oral English is essential.
  • 3-10 years of office working experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Humble, self-motivated, hardworking, trustworthy and responsible.
  • Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
