Office Administrator to Expat Director (MNC/ 5 days/ 9:30 - 6:00 pm

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Director, managing daily tasks and scheduling with precision.
  • Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and important documents.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring documents are always current and accessible.

Supervision & Coordination

  • Oversee work assignments for drivers and staff, ensuring efficiency and timely progress.
  • Manage the maintenance and allocation of company vehicles, including coordinating servicing and repairs.

Accounting & Financial Support

  • Execute basic accounting tasks such as cash flow management, bookkeeping, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and maintain accurate expense records.

Logistics & Operations Management

  • Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for the Director, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Monitor office supplies and procurement needs while managing operational expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all functions.

Miscellaneous Duties

  • Serve as a vital liaison between the Director and both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in meetings by preparing materials, taking notes, and following up on action items.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar roles.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, including cash flow management and bookkeeping.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; experience in an English-speaking environment is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications.

 

The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
