A well-established trading company for over 30 years is urgently looking for several high-calibre candidates to fill the following positions.
Duties:
Report to English-speaking Supervisor
Handle a full set of Accounts independently;
Generate financial and sales reports for management purposes
Handle bank reconciliation documents;
Assist the shipping colleague in handling import and export documents if necessary
Outdoor job occasionally (e.g. Bank in cheques, obtain Bill of Lading (B/L) and shipping documents ...... etc.)
Requirements:
Diploma or above with min. 8 years of solid Accounting experience in the trading/manufacturing field;
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese (Major communication language in English with Superior)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, MS Excel), English and Chinese word typing
Being Familiar with Accounting software, eg. Peachtree will be a plus;
A stable working record will be a plus
Immediate availability is highly preferred
The remuneration package is commensurate with competency & experience.
