Commercial Support Officer (5 days/ Work-life balance)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Commercial Support Officer to join our dynamic sales department in Hong Kong on a 1-year contract.  In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, bridge the gap between sales and finance operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day commercial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare, consolidate, and distribute accurate monthly sales and operational reports for management review.

  • Accounts Receivable & Collections: Proactively follow up on outstanding payments, coordinate collections, and maintain healthy cash flow.

  • Finance Liaison: Work closely with the Finance Department to confirm incoming payments, reconcile accounts, and quickly resolve financial discrepancies.

  • Project Cost Tracking: Monitor and review project costs to ensure alignment with financial budgets and guidelines.

  • Data Management: Maintain and update customer records, databases, and internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Contract Administration: Organise, draft, and maintain comprehensive sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or finance-support roles is preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

  • Language Proficiency: Native Cantonese and strong communication skills in English.

  • Competencies: Strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, and exceptional attention to detail.
