Junior Accounts Clerk (日資企業/ 14 個月糧+福利齊)

Duties:

  • Monitor customer payment statuses and proactively follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare receipt vouchers, issue debit notes, and distribute monthly statements and invoices to customers.
  • Coordinate courier collections and handle bank deposits for cheques.
  • Assist with month-end closing, maintain organized filing systems, and support team members as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • LCCI Level 2 certification (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year of solid experience handling Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).  Knowledge of computerized accounting software will be a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  • Detail-oriented, energetic, self-motivated, and responsible.
