Duties:

• Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable

• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and schedules

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records.

• Coordinate with auditors for year-end audits and handle bank-related documentation.

• Assist in month-end closing and other ad-hoc accounting tasks.

Requirements

• A diploma or Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines

• 3 years of relevant accounting experience (Manufacturing background is a plus).

• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

• Good command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin

• Proactive, well-organised, and able to meet deadlines

• Candidate with a stable work record would be beneficial
