Job Highlights

  • Half-day job/ Mon - Fri: 08:30 am - 12:30 pm or 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

 Duties:

  • Manage and maintain a full set of accounting records
  • Perform daily accounting duties, including payroll, taxation,
  • Coordinate with external auditors & internal teams
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, expenses, etc.
  • Occasional outdoor work if necessary

Requirements:

  • LCCI Level 2 qualification or above, or equivalent certification
  • Over 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin, with good written English skills
  • Skilled in MS Office applications and experienced in using the QuickBooks accounting system
