Accounts Clerk TRAINEE (良好公司文化/ Work-life harmony)

Details

** On-the-job training will be provided

 

Duties:

  • Perform daily general accounting duties

  • Prepare invoice, cheque, and bank reconciliation

  • Prepare financial statements and management reports

  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing

  • Data entry, filing, and other administration work

  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of accounting / administrative experience

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (including Vlookup, pivot table, and formula) & Word 

  • Fresh graduate with accounting studies and at least 1-2 years of admin./ clerical experience is also welcome

  • More experience will be considered as a Senior position

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
