Accounts Clerk (韓資公司/ Work-life balance)

Job Duties:

  • Review and enter invoices into the accounting system accurately.
  • Prepare and schedule payments to vendors
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactions and invoices.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and ensure all accounts payable records are correct.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role 
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong focus on accuracy when processing invoices and payments.
  • Good verbal communication skills for vendor and team interactions.
